Terms & Conditions

Please read the following carefully. Your use of the deesees.co.uk website and purchase of the product on it means that you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Shopping with Deesee's

  • When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
  • You can order your products online at deesees.co.uk
  • All items are shipped with Royal Mail.
  • When placing an order write your name and shipping details in English otherwise Royal Mail are unable to ship it.
  • Please read listing descriptions carefully before purchasing as dispatch time can varey depending on item.
  • We offer both Wishlist and Pre Order items which you pay for upfront.
  • When ordering a Wishlist item, select the item you wish, you will then need to pay for that item. Once we receive your order, we will actively try to source that figure for you. If we find it, we will email you to confirm and what time frames we are working with. If we are unable to find your desired figure, we will issue a full refund to you!

 

Price

  • All customers outside of the UK are responsible for Import Duty/Tax and VAT in their respective countries.
  • Please note: we are not responsible for any customs/import charges and VAT charges incurred on your order when arriving within your country and are your responsibility to pay.
  • All prices shown are excluding postage/shipping and packaging.
  • The total price at Check out will show the post and packaging charges separately.
  • You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your payment details, based on the delivery address you specify.
  • Prices are quoted on deesees.co.uk in UK pounds – outside the UK your credit card company or PayPal will change the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rates before you decide to purchase.

 

Payment

  • You must pay for your purchases in order to secure them and have them shipped to you.
  • deesees.co.uk will automatically offer you a range of payment methods to purchase your items online.

 

Delivery

  • deesees.co.uk delivers to destinations inside and outside the UK.
  • You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your payment details.
  • Upon checkout, deesees.co.uk will show the type of shipping methods you can choose from.
  • For international purchases, deesees.co.uk will offer a tracked or non-tracked shipping option. We are not responsible for any order that are lost in transit when using International Economy and can not offer any refunds or replacements.
  • Delivery outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should contact you by telephone, post or email once your products are in customs to let you know the charge due or else you should consult your local customs office.
  • If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us and we will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.

 

Please note: make sure your address details are correct when submitting an order, as we will not take responsibility for undelivered items with incorrect details.

 

 

Refunds

  • deesees.co.uk will only refund defected or damaged goods. We carefully check all of our items before shipping. We use the most secure methods to insure your items arrive in perfect condition. If you feel the item arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. Please take a picture of the item and the shipping package, and send us a direct email or contact us via our contact page with your order number within three business days of receiving the item. We will do our best to accommodate and resolve the issue to the best of our ability. We can not be responsible for damaged or missing items after the item has been in your possession for more than three business days.
  • deesees.co.uk will not be able to refund orders that are lost in transit when using International Economy.
  • Please note that refunds are in UK pounds and we cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations. 

 

2nd Hand Custom Minifigure Market T&Cs

  1. You as the seller will ship us the figures you would like sold.
  2. We will market your figures, sell them, and ship them to the customers.
  3. We charge a 25% selling fee, which will be deducted off your sale price. So please keep this in mind when deciding what price you want to achieve for your figure.
  4. If you require the figures to be shipped back to you, that is your responsibility to cover shipping costs.
  5. We will send you the money via PayPal friends and family when your figures sells.
  6. We are unable to market any damaged or defected items.
  7. It is down to you as the seller to choose the marketing price, but you need to remember to factor in our 25% selling fee.
  8. We cover all packaging and shipping to the customers the your figures sells to.
  9. When you ship your figure or figures to us, please leave a note in the package with your contact name and email address.

 

Please note: we will refund any orders returned due to unpaid customs/import charges and VAT charges minus the cost of shipping. However if your order is seized by customs and not returned to us then we will not be able to give a refund.
